Import Surveys

This option is only available to Survey Administer users.


Surveys exported from Survey Administer (see Survey Administer User Guide for further information on exporting surveys) are imported and any information changed regarding the customer, enquiry or appointment is automatically updated.


Should an Inventory be recorded within Survey Administer, then a new inventory is created. This can be found under Inventories on the Actions menu of the Customer form.


A new quotation is created containing any of the notes taken at the time of survey as well as various other fields. Should any material and/or equipment requirements exist then these are imported as a new event for the newly created quotation.


Should any prospects exists these too are imported, ready for further action.



If you have performed a European, International or Commercial survey and do not have these additional modules installed then the newly created quotation is classed as Inland.
