TIP

To amend the customer's details, simply unlock the form by clicking on Actions - Lock.

 

 

Notepad Fields:

Press the button to import a schedule of move from a quotation.
Press the button to import special requirements from a quotation.
Press the button to stamp notepad with user initials, date and time.
Alert user of notepadAlert user of the notepad when opening customer file.

 

ArchivedArchived customer.

 

SaveClose window and save any changes you have made.
CloseClose window.

 

TIP

You can only archive a customer if the customer has a zero balance.
