TIP To amend the customer's details, simply unlock the form by clicking on Actions - Lock. |
Notepad Fields:
Notepad | Notepad. Press the button to import a schedule of move from a quotation. Press the button to import special requirements from a quotation. Press the button to stamp notepad with user initials, date and time. |
Alert user of notepad | Alert user of the notepad when opening customer file. |
Archived | Archived customer. |
Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
Close | Close window. |
TIP You can only archive a customer if the customer has a zero balance. |
