Quotation Fields:
| Category code | Removal category code and description of removal category. |
| Description | Description of quotation. |
| Volume | Volume of effects to be moved. Press the  button to popup volume choices (cubic feet/cubic metres/free text). |
| Type | Type of transit. |
| Mode | Mode of conveyance. |
Tax Fields:
| VAT code | VAT code and description of tax code. |
| Rate | VAT rate (%). |
Charge Fields:
| Charge | Charge (£). |
| Back | Return to the previous page. |
| Finish | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
TIP Trade quotations only print '+ VAT' next to the charge if the VAT code is set to the default VAT code. |
