Acceptance Fields:
| Date | Date quotation was accepted. |
| Accepter | Initials of accepter and name of user. |
Type of Quotation to Generate Fields:
| None | Do not generate a quotation. |
| European | Generate a european quotation. |
| International | Generate an international quotation. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
