Origin Fields:

Print C/O agentPrint care of origin agent.
AgentInternational origin agent.
ContactOrigin agent contact name.
ReferenceOrigin agent reference.
NotepadOrigin agent notepad.
Press the button to check spelling of notepad.
Estimated pickupEstimated pickup date and day of week.
Actual pickupActual pickup date and day of week.

 

Port Fields:

Port codeOrigin port code and location of port.
Estimated departureEstimated port departure date and day of week.
Actual departureActual port departure date and day of week.
DurationDuration of transit.

 

BackReturn to the previous page.
NextMove to next page in the sequence.
FinishClose window and save any changes you have made.
CloseClose window.

 

TIP

Estimated pickup and actual pickup will not show if the type of consignment is import.

You can spell check the origin notepad by pressing F7.

To add a new port to Move Administer, simply enter the new port code into the port field and press Tab, this will then open the default Port form (see - Open Port).
