Menu Items:

Print Quotations...Print the highlighted hourly quotation.
Print Crewsheet...Print crewsheet for the highlighted hourly quotation.
Print Waybill...Print waybill for the highlighted hourly quotation.
Print Questionnaire...Print quality control questionnaire for the highlighted hourly quotation.
Print Identity Labels...Print identity labels for the highlighted hourly quotation.
Accept...Accept the highlighted hourly quotation.
Reject...Reject the highlighted hourly quotation.
Invoice...Invoice the highlighted hourly quotation.
Update Address Details...Update customer address details.
Query Quotations...Query hourly quotations.
Reset QueryReset query.

 

Toolbar:

Print options for the highlighted hourly quotation.
Accept the highlighted hourly quotation.
Reject the highlighted hourly quotation.

TIP

If the quotation has already been rejected, you can reject it again to return it's status to unaccepted.
