Instructions Fields:
| Notepad | Free text instructions for event. Press the  button to import a survey note as well as an included and excluded option.Press the  button to stamp instructions with user initials, date and time. |
| Back | Return to the previous page. |
| Next | Move to next page in the sequence. |
| Finish | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
TIP You can spell check event instructions by pressing F7. |
