General Fields:

IDStorage id.
StartedDate storage started and day of week.
InvoicedDate of last invoice run and day of week.

 

Period of Change Fields:

FromDate from and day of week.
ToDate to and day of week.
InitialsInitials of user increasing storage and name of user.
DateDate storage details change and day of week.

 

Storage Fields:

VolumeVolume of effects to be stored.
Press the button to popup volume choices (cubic feet/cubic metres).

 

Insurance Fields:

Declared value liabilityDeclared value liability.
LimitedLimited cover offered.
StandardStandard cover offered.
ExtendedExtended cover offered.
ValuationValuation of effects in storage (£).

 

NextMove to next page in the sequence.
FinishClose window and save any changes you have made.
CloseClose window.

 

TIP

The Cover Offer fields will only display if 'declared value liability' is selected in the insurance defaults (see - Insurance Defaults - Cover).

When the valuation field is highlighted then the valuation is in excess of the cover being offered.
