General Fields:
| ID | Quotation id. |
| Created | Date quotation was created and day of week. |
| Creator | Initials of creator and name of user. |
| Survey performed | Survey performed. When selected, you will be asked if you want to import appointment details for this customer. |
| From surveyor | Quotation is from surveyor. |
| Surveyor | Initials of surveyor and name of surveyor. |
| Enquiry source | Enquiry source code and description of enquiry source. |
| Print signature | Print signature (see - System Defaults - Stationery). |
| Create a follow-up | Create a follow-up for this quotation. |
| Printed | Printed / Date last printed. |
| Next | Move to next page in the sequence. |
| Finish | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
TIP The Printed/Invoiced checkbox's will change once the storage quotation has been printed/invoiced. |
