General Fields:

IDQuotation id.
CreatedDate quotation was created and day of week.
CreatorInitials of creator and name of user.
Survey performedSurvey performed.
When selected, you will be asked if you want to import appointment details for this customer.
From surveyorQuotation is from surveyor.
SurveyorInitials of surveyor and name of surveyor.
Enquiry sourceEnquiry source code and description of enquiry source.
Print signaturePrint signature (see - System Defaults - Stationery).
Create a follow-upCreate a follow-up for this quotation.
PrintedPrinted / Date last printed and day of week.
InvoicedInvoiced / Invoice date of quotation and day of week.
QuestionnaireDate questionnaire was sent and day of week.

 

NextMove to next page in the sequence.
FinishClose window and save any changes you have made.
CloseClose window.

 

TIP

The Printed/Invoiced checkbox's will change once the international quotation has been printed/invoiced.
