Account Fields:
| Sort code | Bank sort code. |
| Name | Bank account name. Press the  button to import name of customer. |
| Number | Bank account number. |
Direct Debit Fields:
| Payee reference | Direct debit payee reference. Press the  button to calculate payee reference. |
| Transaction no. | Direct debit transaction number. |
| Payment date | Direct debit payment date. |
| Back | Return to the previous page. |
| Next | Move to next page in the sequence. |
| Finish | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
