| Creator | Initials of creator and name of user. |
| Number | Journal entry number. |
| Code | Journal code and description of journal code. |
| Reason | Reason for reversal. |
| Debit | Debit journal. |
| Amount | Amount. Press the  button to import account balance. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
