SMS Correspondence Fields:
| Date | Date of correspondence and day of week. |
| Sent | Date correspondence was sent and day of week. |
| Creator | Initials of creator and name of user. |
| Mobile | Mobile telephone number. Press the  button to import a mobile telephone number. |
| Subject | Subject of correspondence. |
| Appointment | Press the  button to popup appointment choices (see - Link - Appointment). |
| Date | Appointment date. |
| Time | Appointment time. |
| Status | Appointment status. |
| Surveyor | Initials of surveyor. |
| Content | Content of correspondence. |
| Request status notification | Request status notification from Boom-SMS. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
