| Date | Date of activity and day of week. |
| Amount | Amount (£). |
Reversal Fields:
| Reversor | Initials of reversor and name of user. |
| Reason | Reason for reversal. |
| Use today's date | Use today's date. |
| Date | Date of activity and day of week. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
TIP If Use Today's Date is selected, date of activity field will become non-editable. |
