Content Fields:
| Created | Created date of content and day of week. |
| Content is currently in | Current status of content. |
| Quantity | Quantity of contents to insert. |
Notepad Fields:
| Notepad | Content notepad. Press the  button to stamp notepad with user initials, date and time.Press the  button to formulate content keywords. |
| Keywords | Content keywords. Press the  button to insert keywords into keywords database. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
