Instructions Fields:
| Notepad | Free text instructions for quotation. Press the  button to import a survey option.Press the  button to stamp instructions with user initials, date and time.Press the  button to check spelling of instructions. |
| Back | Return to the previous page. |
| Next | Move to next page in the sequence. |
| Finish | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
TIP The Import button will not appear if no instructions exist. You can spell check instructions by pressing F7. |
