| Hire rate | Crate hire rate (£ per week). |
Sales Codes Fields:
| Hire | Hire sales code and description of sales code. |
| Lost | Lost sales code and description of sales code. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
